Mr. Arindam Pal was born and brought up in rural village of West Bengal, away from 220km from Kolkata. Since his childhood, he was very focus on his goals and achievements and he always wanted to do something of his own.
Rural living and away from city life made him understand the need of doing something different. Completing his schooling, he moved to Kolkata (Calcutta) for higher studies and successfully completed his B.Sc Computing & Information Systems from the University of London and MBA (Finance) from ICFAI University, Dehradun.
Before joining MBA programme, he has 3.5 years of corporate exposure with Bajaj Allianz, Deutsche Bank and I-Process Solution Pvt Ltd.
During this corporate days, he understood the need of proper guidance towards students community. Students coming from tier 2 or 3 cities badly need profession guidance at affordable expenses. And leaving well paid corporate job, he floated two separate brands Scaleupnxt and Dormkursion under the aegis of Resource Management Consultants.
